Every lesnorm order is inspected and packed in Hyderabad before it leaves us. We keep packaging minimal and plastic-free — not as a gesture, but because it's the only way we know how to do it.
Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India. No hidden fees at checkout.
Processing Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Telangana — 1 to 3 business days
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata) — 3 to 5 business days
Rest of India — 5 to 7 business days
We work with reliable courier partners. Occasionally, local logistics or weather may cause minor delays beyond our control.
Tracking You'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery COD is available across most pin codes in India. Please have the exact amount ready at delivery. For COD orders, our team may reach out via WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm.
