We keep packaging minimal and plastic-free — not as a gesture, but because it's the only way we know how to do it.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India.
No hidden fees. No shipping charges added at checkout.
Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Telangana
1–3 business days
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata)
3–6 business days
Rest of India
4–8 business days
While most orders arrive sooner, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, local courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please write to us at hello@lesnorm.com with your order number and we'll follow up with our courier partner.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only.
While we'd love to make LESNORM available to customers overseas, international shipping comes with a higher environmental impact than shipping within India. As a brand built around thoughtful production and lower-impact choices, we're taking our time to understand how we can serve customers beyond India more responsibly.
We're actively exploring ways to make LESNORM available internationally without compromising our commitment to lower-impact logistics.
