Refund policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Write to us at hello@lesnorm.com. Once your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address where serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we'll share our warehouse address by email for self-shipping.
A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling. This helps us keep the business sustainable.

If you'd like a different size or style, write to us at hello@lesnorm.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a Store Credit or Gift Card for the full amount. You can use this immediately toward any item on our website.
