Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.


How to start a return

Write to us at . Once your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address where serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we'll share our warehouse address by email for self-shipping.


Return shipping fee

A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling. This helps us keep the business sustainable.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, write to us at . Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a Store Credit or Gift Card for the full amount. You can use this immediately toward any item on our website.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Prepaid orders : Refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the ₹150 return fee.
COD orders : We'll request your bank account or UPI ID by email and transfer the refund amount directly.
