No. Each batch is made once. When it's gone, it's gone. This is intentional. We'd rather make less and make it well than produce endlessly to meet demand.

Yes. Each new collection will be built around a single colour with new silhouettes. We don't have a fixed release schedule. We'll write to our email list when our next edit is ready.

Two fabrics. 100% lyocell and 100% organic cotton poplin. Each product page tells you which fabric that specific dress is made from.

Our fabric suppliers use certified materials. Lyocell from Birla Cellulose which holds FSC Chain of Custody certification, and organic cotton poplin sourced from GOTS certified mills. Lesnorm as a brand does not yet hold brand-level certification. To qualify, we would need order volumes that would make us a mass producer, which is the opposite of what we're trying to be.

We love natural dyes and hope to explore them in future collections. The honest reason we haven't used them yet is colour fastness. Natural dyes fade over time, which means the garment gets retired earlier. A dress that stays in your wardrobe for ten years is more sustainable than one that fades in two. We chose longevity over romance for now.

Azo dyes are synthetic colorants used in most conventional clothing. Under certain conditions they can break down into compounds that are carcinogenic, harmful to your skin and to waterways. We use OEKO-TEX certified dyes that are completely azo-free. Your clothes are safe against your skin and the dye process doesn't pollute water systems.

Organic cotton thread doesn't have the tensile strength needed for seams that hold through years of daily wear. We use a polyester-cotton blend thread because it's stronger and more durable. A seam that fails means a garment that gets thrown away. We chose durability over a fully organic label and we'd rather tell you than pretend otherwise.

Where our designs include buttons, we use natural coconut shell buttons, harvested as a byproduct, no synthetic resin. Each button has a slightly unique grain. That's not a defect, that's the material.

We use Indian numeric sizing. 32 through 42. Our size guide has actual centimeter measurements for bust, waist, hip, and dress length for each size. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide rather than going by your usual label size.

Our sizing is designed to be true to standard Indian measurements. That said, different silhouettes fit differently. A fitted bodice dress will feel different from a relaxed tiered silhouette even in the same size. Each product page has fit notes to help you decide.

With only 50 pieces per style, sizes may sell out quickly. If your size is gone, write to us at hello@lesnorm.com . We'll let you know if a return comes in that might work for you. We can't guarantee availability but we'll always check.

Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. Please have the exact amount ready at delivery. For COD orders our team may reach out via WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm.

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Write to us at hello@lesnorm.com with your order number and reason for return.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. With only 50 pieces per style, we can't guarantee your size will be available at the time of your request. Write to us at hello@lesnorm.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll check what's available. If an exchange isn't possible, we'll offer a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Wash cold on a gentle cycle or by hand. Turn inside out before washing. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang in shade. Iron on low heat while slightly damp. Store folded, not hung. Keep away from direct sunlight. Lyocell softens with every wash. That's normal. That's the point.
